If a player breaks the same rule more than once every 3 months, the penalty duration increases (e.g. 30 min → 1 hour → 3 hours → 6 hours, etc.).

If a rule violation (e.g. insult, provocation) is committed using in-game objects (mines, shot decals, etc.), a ban is issued instead of a mute.
4.3 Combined offence
If a player breaks several rules at once or insults several people, the penalty may be increased (cumulatively or by severity).
4.4 Ignoring a warning
If a moderator has warned the player about a violation and the player continues, a penalty may be applied immediately without a second warning.

A moderator may impose a stricter penalty than stated in the rules if the offence is deemed particularly serious (e.g. DDoS threats, especially vile racist remarks).
